She advocates for business transformation through people and processes to create winning outcomes, providing tools and techniques that allow any employee to reach their highest potential. Gina’s professional journey, marked by a series of certifications, is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. These certifications, including SHRM-SPC, PHR, MBTI, and others, have equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her current role. As Gina expands Flagship’s Human Resources Consulting services, she is poised to enhance our clients’ capacity and confidence significantly.
