Quorum is thrilled to be partnering with Best Buy to host our next Workplace Alliance event on Wednesday, July 31 at 5:30pm at the Best Buy Corporate Headquarters located at 7601 Penn Ave. South Richfield, MN 55423 

ERGs as Agents of Change: From Social Workgroups to Change Agents Driving Corporate Culture and Enhancing the ROI

Organizations have, in recent years, begun to view (and rely upon) employee groups as agents of change across the footprint. These diverse teams have begun to be far more strategic and future-facing. Driving leadership development, building new talent acquisition pipelines, and supporting DEI work as a core value of the company are just a few of the many examples of employee groups leading the charge to create truly 21st century workplaces.
