JOURNEY HOME PROGRAM

Clare Housing’s mission is to provide affordable housing, supportive services and compassionate care to people living with HIV/AIDS. Our goal is simple . . . to provide a continuum of housing and services designed to empower people of low-income and to maximize their health, independence, dignity and quality of life.

Join us at our next Journey Home Program! This one-hour program demonstrates how affordable housing and supportive services improve the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS in the Twin Cities.
