  • Future in Full Color: Prism Organizing Network Launch Celebration

    Prism reveals the rainbow in every community, and we're just getting started in the East Metro and St. Croix River Valley! Join us for the second in a series of listening sessions with LGBTQ folks and allies to gather feedback on what's great, what's challenging, and what could help better serve LGBTQ folks in communities throughout Washington County and the St. Croix Valley. Our hosts at Saint Croix United Church in Bayport are offering hospitable space and refreshments; people of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds are fully welcome.

    We'll gather at 6pm for refreshments and an introduction to the night, then share guided table conversations to get to know our neighbors, listen to what we're discovering, and hear about future opportunities for LGBTQ connection in the area. Come as you are; and leave with strengthened ties to the rainbow community right where we live.

    You will also learn all that Quorum has to offer, how to best engage yourself to gain the most value from your membership and work with volunteers and staff to determine what businesses you’re looking to connect with and at what events to gain the best visibility.

    During Q It Up, we will focus on: Quorum’s role in the community, LGBTBE certification, good techniques for networking, what special events and professional training, classes and leadership programs we offer.
