Join us on Tuesday, April 21st for Quorum's monthly happy hour networking event! This month we will be gathering at Springhill Suites in downtown Saint Paul. Springhill Suites is a brand new hotel and the staff is eager to show off their hospitality to the Quorum Village. Registrants will be put on the list for free parking in the hotel ramp.

Out After Work is a great opportunity to build your business network by meeting other Quorum members, make valuable connections and learn more about the LGBTQ+ and Allied business community. Not only is it a great networking opportunity but it's a lot of fun!

New to Quorum Network Nights? Out After Work is one of Quorum’s signature member-to-member business networking events. This is a fun casual event for all LGBTQ+ and Allied folks who are interested in networking, starting or growing their careers. The emphasis is on creating an energetic and vibrant atmosphere where valuable contacts can be made, ideas and opportunities can be shared, and community can be formed. QUORUM WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP ROUNDTABLE

MONTHLY NETWORKING EVENT

Join us for a monthly event that highlights LGBTQ+ and Allied female-identified people! From building confidence and leading change to growing your support system, this is a great opportunity to network, forge connections with other business leaders, and have the opportunity to highlight your own business and work.

Participants share challenges and successes, and give and receive the encouragement and support crucial to everyone’s success. Whether it is a peer to peer deep dive into any of the myriad pressing issues for women in leadership or simply a search for fresh insight and new connections, this is a monthly networking event for you.

Quorum Women's Leadership Roundtable meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at noon. Open to all LGBTQ+ and Allied female identified attendees, this is more than a networking group. It’s an opportunity to highlight your business, share best practices, discuss successes and challenges, and get to know other business owners in our community.

The journey to living openly and authentically is rarely a straight path—and never a solitary one. In every city, on every block, in every workplace and family, LGBTQ+ and Allied individuals are navigating brave and beautiful journeys to truth, self-expression, and belonging.

Quorum’s National Coming Out Day Luncheon—the premier NCOD celebration in the country—gathers our community to uplift these stories of resilience, pride, and connection. This transformational event celebrates the power of living with authenticity at work, at home, and in the world. It reminds us that “coming out” is not a one-time moment but a lifelong, deeply personal journey—layered by culture, race, gender identity, ability, faith, and more.

This year’s theme reflects our shared commitment to building a state where everyone can bring their whole selves to everything they do—and be embraced for exactly who they are.

In a time when LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion face growing challenges across the country, our voices are more important than ever. Whether you're coming out as LGBTQ+, an ally—or on a path of self-discovery—your story has the power to shift hearts, open minds, and spark meaningful change.

We invite you to join us for this powerful celebration of strength, courage, and pride. Together, we honor the many individual journeys that, woven together, create a more inclusive, vibrant, and united Minnesota.

NEW THIS YEAR:

We have added a few new options for our registration system this year. For example, we have added a section for guests to enter their pronouns for their name tag and a section for lunch options.

Name Tags: When prompted, please enter pronouns for you and your guests. If you do not know the pronouns of your guest(s), please enter "unknown"

Food Preferences: When prompted, please select the preferred meal for your guests. The default will be a house salad and the chicken option.

Sponsors and other Tables of 10: We will send you a form to complete for your guest list that includes the above questions and we will enter your information into the system for you.
