Family Tree Clinic is hosting a virtual open house on Thursday, 11/5, from 5-6pm CT.  Join Quorum’s members, stakeholders, and community partners to learn more about the impact Family Tree has in our community.

Patients travel from seven states and Canada to access Family Tree’s services. Organizations and clinics across the country reach out to Family Tree requesting to model its care methods and/or to train at its facility.
