Q University is an exciting business education series designed to provide Quorum members with opportunities for practical real-time information and training on a variety of topics related to advancing your small business. These free education sessions offer networking, troubleshooting and "hands on" learning with other LGBTA entrepreneurs, employees and business leaders.

SESSION 2: Nurturing an Online Web Presence: Design, Strategy, Social Media and Upkeep - Tuesday, Nov 24!

In this session we will cover the following topics:
* Design and usability: What does your web site look like to your target market? Will people find what you want them to find? We will talk about conversions, how usable your site is (or isn't), current design patterns and standards, and how you can come to know and track all of these factors. 
* Strategy: What business objectives does your site accomplish now? Does it position you competitively among your competitors in terms of design, search engine ranking and conversions? Why do these things matter?
* Upkeep: So you have a web site. Now what? Do you have a plan in place to keep it a living, breathing thing? How does social media factor into all of this? Conversions, analytics, oh my!
* Mobile: Web site traffic from mobile devices is only increasing. How does this relate to your current (and future) web presence?
